People as a community are evolving faster than the spaces they need. In our world. people and architecture live in the same place, but in parallel universes where time and speed are different. This contributes to the fact that architecture acquires a kind of “stationary” appearance, which is dictated by its immobility, which cannot be said about the environment that surrounds it the community of people.
To show an alternative way of developing a relationship between a community of people and architecture. we have created a model which promotes the merging of two parallel universes. Our concept allows us to create close contact between man and space, man and architecture. It allows us to get rid of the stubborn illusion that architecture must be SUSTAINABLE. because "instability-new stability.
We achieve this result through the independent development of buildings that change under the influence of the community of people. Our buildings are an organic ecosystem that has the property of going through a complete cycle of life. This cycle is a spiral: birth - youth - adulthood - death - reincarnation - birth… And it is exactly a spiral, because each new cycle of life is similar in structure to the previous one, but it is a completely new experience. Each stage of the cycle creates a new function in the building depending on the needs of the present time. At the same time, each building is unique and has its own "face" and soul.
